Director of Physical Therapy

Location: Maryland

Summary:
The Director of Physical Therapy oversees daily operations and clinical quality of the Physical Therapy department. This role ensures excellent patient care, staff leadership, and compliance with Maryland and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise PT staff and daily clinical operations
Ensure high‑quality, evidence‑based patient care
Maintain compliance with RI licensure and CMS requirements
Manage staffing, scheduling, and productivity
Support quality improvement and patient satisfaction
Collaborate with physicians and leadership

Qualifications

Active Maryland Physical Therapist license
DPT or master’s in physical therapy
5+ years of clinical PT experience
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.

Cons

Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
