Experience

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an acute or sub-acute care setting required

Licensure

Must hold a current, valid, full, and unrestricted RN license to practice in any U.S. state, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a U.S. territory

Certifications
Must maintain the following certifications throughout employment:

Basic Life Support (BLS), American Heart Association
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), American Heart Association

The following must be completed within six months of hire:

Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR)
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
