Description

Responsibilities:

Patient Care & Assessment

Assess and reassess young adult, adult, and elderly patients
Apply the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care
Pain management with appropriate follow-up reassessments

Cardiac Monitoring & Procedures

Continuous cardiac monitoring
Pre- and post-care for interventional cardiac procedures
Synchronized cardioversion
Pre- and post-care for ICDs and pacemakers (temporary and permanent)

Vascular & Sheath Management

Care of patients with vascular closure devices
Application, maintenance, and removal of arterial and/or venous sheaths
ACT machine operation
Use of AngioSeal and VasoSeal devices

Sedation & Diagnostic Support

Minimal sedation administration
Moderate sedation using safety and prevention guidelines
Assist with transesophageal echocardiogram (TEE)
Perform “bubble study” method when assisting with TEE

IV Therapy & Blood Administration

IV therapy and IV admixture (IV ADD)
Blood draws following correct order-of-the-draw
Infusion of blood and blood products

Clinical & Information Management

Accurate information and documentation management

Minimum Education: Associate’s degree in nursing required RN license required. BLS, ACLS, NIHSS EKG required. 2 years' experience required. Travel Experience Required.

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.

Cons

Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
