Shift Hours: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Shift Length: 8 hours
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Assignment type: Travel radius rule 100 Miles

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for an acute care environment on an evening shift assignment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cardiac and neuro MRI imaging, along with hands-on experience operating GE 3T magnet systems. Reliability, punctuality, and clinical excellence are essential for success in this role.

Roles and Responsibilities

Perform MRI procedures following established protocols and safety guidelines
Operate and maintain MRI equipment, including GE 3T Magnet systems
Conduct cardiac and neuro MRI exams with accuracy and efficiency
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and correct positioning during procedures
Document exams accurately using the MEDITECH system
Participate in call rotation, weekends, and holiday coverage as scheduled
Maintain strict adherence to attendance and punctuality standards
Collaborate effectively with radiologists and interdisciplinary care teams

Skills

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of MRI Technologist experience
Associate of Science Degree required
ARRT (MRI) certification required
MRI certification (ACR) required
BLS (AHA) certification required
