Registered Nurse (RN) – House Supervisor

Seaside, OR

Travel / Contract Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Supervise nursing operations across all inpatient units
Provide leadership during codes, rapid responses, and emergencies
Coordinate bed management, admissions, transfers, and discharges
Support crisis intervention and facility diversion decisions
Cover staff breaks and meals in Med-Surg, ICU, and ED
Monitor and report sentinel events and regulatory compliance
Ensure adherence to DPH, TJC, OSHA, and hospital policies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain patient safety
Deliver exceptional customer service and promote workplace safety

Required Qualifications

Active RN license
Minimum 1 year of RN experience
ED or Critical Care experience (required)
Previous Charge Nurse experience required
BLS and PALS certifications
