Travel RN House Supervisor- Washington

American Consultants is looking for a night house supervisor for a contract in Washington. This is for a House Supervisor Night shift contract.  Requires two years of experience at minimum.  It will be a work Wednesday Thursday Friday off Saturday, Sunday, work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, then, off six days schedule. Does need to be willing to work holidays, and weekends.  Prefer critical access experience.

Pay Package:

Taxable: $51/hour

Tax Free:  $1246/ week

Total : $3082.00

Job Description:

The Travel RN House Supervisor provides overnight leadership, clinical oversight, and operational coordination for hospital-wide patient care services. This role ensures safe staffing, patient flow, clinical quality, and rapid response support across departments during night shift operations. The House Supervisor serves as the administrative and clinical leader on duty, supporting nursing teams and collaborating with providers, ancillary departments, and hospital leadership to maintain high standards of care.

• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to nursing staff across assigned units during overnight shift.
• Serve as a resource for complex patient care issues, escalation, and clinical decision-making.
• Assist with critical events, including rapid response and code situations as needed.

Staffing & Resource Management

• Coordinate overnight staffing assignments, adjustments, and coverage based on census and acuity.
• Approve/coordinate float staff placement, call-ins, and emergency staffing needs.
• Support staffing solutions to maintain safe nurse-to-patient ratios.
