L&D – RN – Days - Strike

Orientation Dates: 

• Start date 1/23
• Orientation will last 4-6 hours
• Virtual Modules must be completed prior to 1/26 start - up to 8 hours

Start date of Strike: 1/26

• Strike will be open ended, clear candidates up to 30 Days, potentially longer
• Important that candidate can commit to 60 hours a week for at least 2-3 weeks.

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience within their specialty

• Must be recent experience
•  
• 60 hours (2 - 3 weeks)
• Shift: Days or Nights
• Patient ratios (if known): CA Ratios are mandate
• Is RTO Accepted? What is the Max: None
• On Call Requirement: NO
• Certs: BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Advanced, NRP Essentials
• Fire Card – Not required
• License: Active CA RN License
• If CA License is expired, it will need to be renewed
• If applying for a CA License, please call the Senators office to expediate the application
• Experience:
• 2 years of experience in specialty required
• L&D experience required
• L&D must circulate (don't need to scrub)
• May float to Post Partum
• May be working Anti-Partum
• Travel Experience preferred, however, not required
• GQR proven performer highly preferred
• Will accept local travelers
• COVID Vaccine Requirement: not required
