Position: OR RN (Circulating) – Days Radius Rule: 40-mile radius – No local candidates Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Date: ASAP Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week (not guaranteed during orientation week) Schedule Shift: 4 × 10-hour day shifts Start Times: Variable (06:00–09:00) Weekend/Holiday: As scheduled Floating Required to float between Deaconess Gateway & Deaconess Midtown (8 miles apart) Usually assigned to one campus based on skillset Must be open to both locations Mid-shift floating possible Call Requirements On-call: 1 night per week + every 6th weekend Response Time: 30 minutes Weeknight call: After shift until following morning Weekend call: Friday after shift to Monday at 07:00 Requirements License: Indiana or Compact RN license Certifications: AHA BLS Experience: Minimum 2+ years OR experience At least 1 prior travel assignment required Neuro experience required Case Mix General Surgery Orthopedics & Ortho Trauma Vascular Neuro EMR & Equipment Charting: Epic Candidate Profile Hard-working Resilient Adaptable to change Social and team-oriented Dress Code Scrubs provided Additional Notes COVID-19 vaccine not required (subject to change) Traveler is guaranteed set weekly hours except during holidays when the unit is closed
