Position: Med Surg RN Radius Rule: 50-mile radius from Divine Savior Hospital (expires 1/28) Start Date: ASAP Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week (not applicable during orientation week) Schedule Shift: 12-hour Day/Night – Variable Weekend Requirement: 2 weekends out of 4, as needed Weekends defined as: Nights: Friday/Saturday Days: Saturday/Sunday Holidays: As scheduled Floating Requirements Must be willing to float to: Aspirus Stevens Point Aspirus Riverview Aspirus Plover On-Call / Low Census No scheduled on-call or back-up shifts Additional shifts may be available for sick calls, etc. Travelers may be placed on call for low census On-call hours count toward the 36 hours of unbillable low census hours If called back, traveler will receive call-back pay Call-back minimum: 2 hours Requirements License: Wisconsin RN license Certification: BLS (mandatory) Experience: Minimum 2 years of Med Surg experience Skillset: Med Surg competent Unit Information Patient Population: Medical and surgical patients Joint replacements General surgical cases Candidate Profile Hard-working Resilient Adapts well to change Assertive and confident in clinical skills Social and team-oriented Dress Code Scrub Color: Dark blue Time-Off Policy Will not accommodate more than 7 days of RTO Additional Notes Contract is eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours Flu Season Policy: Travelers who decline flu and COVID vaccination must wear a mask at all times No exceptions to Aspirus policy Failure to comply will result in corrective action
