LVN – Urgent Care

13-Week Contract | Start: 02/16/2026
Day Shift – 4x10s (Rotating Weekends)

Schedule:

• Mon–Fri: 11:30 AM – 10:00 PM
• Sat–Sun: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Rotating weekends & some holidays required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an urgent care/outpatient clinic setting
• Perform triage, vital signs, intake assessments, and documentation
• Administer medications (oral, IM, SQ, IV), vaccines, eye/ear drops
• Start and maintain IVs; perform phlebotomy and lab specimen prep
• Obtain EKGs, glucose testing, and assist with emergency response
• Perform wound care, catheter insertions, and orthopedic support tasks
• Serve as shift lead and assist with clinic flow coordination
• Perform QC testing on clinical equipment
• Schedule nursing visits and assist with patient coordination
• Document all care accurately in Epic (CS Link)
• Float within scope to meet clinic needs

Requirements

• Active CA LVN License
• BLS (AHA or ARC)
• IV & Phlebotomy Certification
• 1+ year Urgent Care or ER experience

• 2+ years outpatient experience
