We're seeking a dedicated Licensed School Occupational Therapist (OT)  ($45-$52/hour) to support elementary, middle, and high school students in the Colorado Springs area for the 2025-2026 school year. Qualifications:

  • Colorado Department of Education (CDE) License with endorsement as a School Occupational Therapist (Initial or Professional)
  • Experience with school-aged populations preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Passion for equity, inclusion, and student success

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Full-time (37.5 hrs/week)
  • Setting: School-based (Elementary, Middle, and High School)
  • Assignment Dates: ASAP - May 21, 2026

Role Overview:

As a School Occupational Therapist (OT) with PediaStaff, you’ll provide evidence-based occupational therapy services to support students' academic, social-emotional, and functional development. You’ll collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure students achieve their individualized goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement OT services aligned with student IEPs and Colorado Academic Standards
  • Assess student needs and provide targeted interventions to enhance motor skills, sensory processing, and independence in the school setting
  • Adapt services to meet the diverse needs of students across ability levels
  • Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment that supports student growth
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and school teams to promote student success
  • Maintain compliance with state/federal laws, district policies, and best practices in school-based OT
