Unit Overview: • 29-bed Medical-Surgical unit • Nurse-to-patient ratio: 6:1 • LNA support available; no unit secretary • Equipment: PCA pumps, IV pumps, telemetry • EMR: Meditech Expanse Schedule & Requirements: • Every other weekend required • Floating may be required • Patient-focused care including bedside care conferences and safety rounding Certifications: • BLS, ACLS Experience Required: • Minimum 1 year acute care experience • Strong dysrhythmia skills Dress Code: • Clean, professional attire (no specific scrub color required) Why Choose This Unit: • Supportive team environment with experienced staff • Well-equipped unit with modern technology
