Job Description:

The Registered Nurse (RN) – Med-Surg will provide direct patient care in a fast-paced medical-surgical unit. The RN will assess patient conditions, administer medications, coordinate care with the healthcare team, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to Med-Surg patients
Monitor patient conditions and document changes accurately
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain patient safety and follow hospital protocols

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of RN Med-Surg experience required
Active RN license
BLS certification (required)
Valid driving license
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
