Years of Experience Required: Recent hospital laboratory experience preferred
Requested Skill Set: Current clinical laboratory generalist base skill set
Must have: Current FL Clinical Laboratory license as an Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician. Ability to work independently
Advanced skills needed: Blood bank skills preferred, ability to perform manual differentials, including body fluids and basic laboratory testing in all lab areas.
Procedures performed on unit: Laboratory testing to include urinalysis, hematology, coagulation, chemistry, microbiology (limited-no plating/reading), serology, and immunohematology
Certifications Required:
FL State Clinical Laboratory Scientist License (MLT or MT ... Medical Technologist preferred)
