*Requirements:

*MS or Compact state license required
*Day shifts/(7a-5:30p with rotating days and weekends and on call days)
*Locals are not allowed/travelers must be greater than 60 miles away from the facility
*Must have 1 yr acute dialysis experience or 18 months chronic dialysis experience required
*BLS & ACLS required
