Shift Breakdown: 3x12 hrs
Shift: 12 hours, nights

ER RN Shift: Nights | 3x12s (19:00–07:00) Requirements: • Minimum 2 years recent ER experience • Travel experience required • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC Clinical Skills Required: • Airway management • Ventilated patient management • Arterial line & central line management • Dysrhythmia management • IV drip management • Isolation precautions • Triage (ER/ER Holding only) • Electronic charting experience Assignment Expectations: • Must float to other campuses if census drops to maintain hours • Every other weekend required • No blocked scheduling (no exceptions) • Missed shifts must be made up • If scheduled weekend falls during RTO, traveler must find coverage • On-call response time: within 1 hour Patient Ratios: • 1:1–2
