Shift: 10 hours, days

Neuro Interventional Radiology (Neuro IR) Tech Shift: Day 4x10s (07:00–17:30) Holidays: Every other holiday Call: • Every 3rd weekend • 1–2 nights per week ⚠️ Special Radius Rule: • Traveler’s permanent address must be >50 miles from Pickerington Methodist Hospital (specific to this role) Floating & Training: • 2 weeks training at Riverside (Columbus, OH) • Will float to Grant Medical Center ~2 days per month Minimum Qualifications • 2 years of Neuro IR / IR experience • Graduate of an accredited radiography program • ARRT registered • Ohio Radiologic License (ODH) – Pending accepted • BLS required, ACLS preferred • Strong knowledge of anatomy, positioning, radiation safety, physics, and medical terminology • Must be willing to assist with training permanent staff Job Summary The Neuro Interventional Radiologic Technologist functions as a scrub and assist technologist for diagnostic and interventional neuro procedures. Responsibilities include operating and assisting with angiographic fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and CT for both diagnostic and interventional use, and managing a lab inventory of approximately 1,500 products. Procedures include but are not limited to: • Cerebral aneurysm coilings • AVM interventions • Acute stroke interventions • Neuro oncology biopsies • Chemoembolization & Y-90 therapies • Uterine artery embolization • Tumor venous lysis • Vertebroplasty • Infusion pump placements/revisions • Radiofrequency ablation • Peripheral vascular lysis & clot removal 📊 Volume: Over 20,000 procedures annually Facility Overview • 96 inpatient beds • 6 operating rooms • 2 procedure rooms • Labor & Delivery with Special Care Nursery • 20-bay infusion clinic • 12-bed ICU / acuity adaptable unit
