Description

Job Title: Physical Therapist – Outpatient

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Klamath Falls, OR

Shift Information:

Day shift, Monday through Friday (typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Job Description:

Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercise and manual therapy
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and assistive device use
Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary care teams
Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, aides, and students as appropriate
Maintain accurate documentation in an electronic medical record system
Ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards
Uphold patient confidentiality and quality of care

Requirements:

Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program
Active Oregon Physical Therapist license or eligibility
BLS certification within 30 days of hire
Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
Availability for occasional evenings or weekends

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.

Cons

Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
