Unit Specifics:
· Number of Beds : 28
· Patient Ratios : 6:1
· Type of equipment : Pyxis, Arjo lifts, Hill Rom beds
· Documentation system: Meditech
Hospital Specifics-
· Certifications: JC stroke rehab certified
Unit Specifics:
· Scheduling requirements: 3 shifts per week, alt. weekends
· Floating: required if not needed on home unit
· On call schedule: n/a
· EMR: Meditech
· Weekends: see above

Must have: Solid med-surg skills
Advanced skills needed:
Procedures performed on unit: blood draws, EKG’s, blood transfusions, IV infusions, wound care, wound Vac care.
Certifications Required: CRRN (preferred), BLS
