Travel RN – Emergency Department | 12-Hour Night Shifts | 13-Week Assignment
Weekly Pay: $2,486
We are seeking 1 experienced RN for a 12-hour night shift assignment in an Emergency Department.
Assignment Details:
- Location: Albuquerque, NM area
- Contract Length: 13 weeks (03/02/2026 – 05/30/2026)
- Shift: Nights | 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
- Hours per week: 36
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a large ED; prior travel assignment experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, effective, patient-centered care using the nursing process
- Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care
- Administer medications and treatments per protocol or physician orders
- Coordinate care with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Supervise LPNs and non-licensed assistive personnel as needed
- Complete required unit-specific education and competency testing
Requirements:
- Active RN license in New Mexico or Compact State license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications (AHA, Red Cross, or American Health & Safety approved)
- Successfully pass a Basic Cardiac Arrhythmia (BCA) test prior to starting assignment
- Skilled in fast-paced, high-acuity emergency care
- Team player with flexibility to adapt to changing patient census
Preferred Skills:
- Epic experience (can be trained on-site)
