Position: L&D RN (Must float to Med/Surg) Unit: L&D / MM / PP / OB • L&D Beds: 3 • Triage Beds: N/A • Postpartum: In-room postpartum with 2 overflow rooms • Birth Volume: ~120–130 per year Required Certifications • BLS • Fetal Monitoring • NRP Systems • Fetal Monitoring System: PeriCalm • EMR: Athena Staffing & Support • CNA support shared between Med/Surg and L&D • OB/Neonatologist in-house: No (Family Practice only) • IV Team: N/A • Respiratory Therapy: Not 24/7 • CRNA available as needed • Pharmacy: On-call 24/7 Schedule & Floating • 12-hour shifts • Floating to Med/Surg required Scrubs • Any solid color
