Description

Critical Requirements (HARD STOP)

Required Experience:
- Cardiac
- Vascular
- Endovascular
- Thoracic
Required Certification (one of the following):
- CSFA
- NBSTSA
- NCCSA

Candidates must meet all HARD STOP requirements to be considered.

Privileging & Start Requirements

Privileging Required Prior to Start:
- Approximate timeline: 120 days from time of contract signature
Start Date:
- Candidate must complete privileging before starting (approximately 3 months)
Partner Agency Requirement:
- Pre-Application Fee: $125 per candidate for privileging

Experience Requirements

Minimum Experience:
- 5 years expected
- Candidates with 3 years will be considered and screened
First-Time Travelers: Accepted

Schedule & Call Requirements

Schedule: Days
Call:
- 1 weekday per week
- 1 weekend approximately every 4 weeks
- Subject to change based on departmental needs
Weekend Work:
- Only required when on call
Floating:
- Within facility and scope of practice
- To Main OR as needed

Time Off & Holiday Policy

RTO (Requested Time Off):
- Maximum of 7 days
Holidays:
- No holiday RTO accepted

Local Candidate Policy

Locals Accepted: Yes
- Same rate applies

Orientation Information

Non-Billable Orientation (NBO) Hours:
- Determined by contract length
- Example:
  - 8 hours for an 8-week assignment
  - 19 hours for a 19-week assignment
