Description

Overview:

Facility size: 16-bed facility
Scrub Color Requirement: Royal Blue or Navy Blue
PPE: Fully Provided – fit test can be done on-site
Parking: All facilities have parking on-site
Pay Cycle: Sunday – Saturday
EMR: TBD
Case types:

Behavioral Health
Psych
Adult Behavioral Health Services
Crisis Stabilization Unit
Substance Abuse Disorder Services
Inpatient

Psych – LVN – Days
Start Dates: ASAP
Orientation Dates: ASAP

***Takes Two Weeks to Credential***
Check start dates must be 2+ weeks out for credentialing (10 business days)

13-week contract
36 - 40 hours
3 shift options: Tuesday-Friday 0700-5:30 / M-F 0800-5pm / W-F 0700-7:30pm
Shift: Days
10's, 8's, or 12's
May work weekends and holidays
Please send RTO request.
Float Requirements:
Float between crisis and inpatient unit (all within psychiatric health facility on the same floor)
Is RTO Accepted? What is the Max: please send all requests in submissions
Max 1 week per assignment – please add to the end of the contract
On Call Requirement: NONE
Certs: BLS, CPI/MAB
Live Scan: Must be completed onsite but they can start pending clearance under supervision
License: Active CA LVN License
If the CA License is expired, it will need to be renewed

Experience:
Two years of experience in the specialty required
Forensic & psych experience required
Experience with a wide range of psych experience
Travel experience preferred, however not required
Will accept local travelers

COVID Vaccine Requirement: Covid vaccination + booster if eligible is a must

Untaxed Stipend: $1,300/week ONE SPOT LEFT! Day Shift (4x10hrs) = $2,312/week 13 weeks Start Date: 02/09/26
