Previous hospital retail experience would be great but is not a must. 340B contract pharmacy experience would be great as well but is not a must as well. Yes, would be great but not needed. 4. Required certifications? (e.g., BLS, pharmacy license, etc) Oregon Pharmacy Licensed Pharmacist. Yes, to those listed. The candidate needs to understand that they will be the lone pharmacist working with a tech and a pharmacy informatics RN in a "drug room" vs a hospital pharmacy. They also would need to understand that there are some PIC duties as part of the role.

Pros
Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.
Cons
Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
