• 2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience - [Required]
• May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg and to any unit within scope of practice
• CHARGE RN EXPERIENCE [REQUIRED]
• Previous Travel (at least 3 months) - [Required]
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing / BSN [preferred]
• VT/ compact license,BLS, ACLS from AHA
• Local Travelers - Those who reside within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for this need.
• This is a small community without public transport.  Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle.  This is a firm requirement. 
   
• Perm address must be included in traveler profile
• Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer.  Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer

• At least 1 Supervisory-Signed Reference from within the past two years of employment   [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
• Vermont RN License or Compact - Must be uploaded with profile [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
• Active American Heart Association BLS - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
• Active American Heart Association ACLS - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
  
  NOTE MT ASCUTNEY 3 STRIKE RULE FOR CALL OFFS (enforced immediately):  
   
• After 3 call offs, a traveller's contract will be eligible for termination due to lack of attendance at Mt Ascutney Hospital and Health Center's discretion 

• Each call off must be communicated to the unit supervisor at least 1.5 hours in advance
