Description

LTAC MS/Tele

40-bed LTAC unit providing ventilator, pulmonary, cardiac monitoring, acute rehab, and complex medical care for adult & geriatric patients transitioning from ICU who require extended multidisciplinary treatment.

24/7 respiratory support and a strong interdisciplinary team (RT, PT, pharmacy, rapid response, social services).

Required Experience

2+ years RN experience
LTAC / ICU / MS Tele / PCU background strongly preferred
Vent, trach, and cardiac monitoring experience
Cerner charting experience
ACLS & BLS required
Previous charge experience preferred

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.

Cons

Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
