Role Overview • Member of the interdisciplinary care team • Provides professional/clinical care and care management • May float within the same discipline across local campuses Compensation & Details • NBO: 16 hours • EMR: EPIC • OT/Holiday: 1.15× • Call Back: 1.5× (2-hour minimum) • On-Call: $9/hr • Charge/Precept: $6/hr Billable OT • 36–40 hrs/week → OT after 40 • 48 hrs/week → OT after 48
