Requirements:

*Minimum 2 years of recent experience within specialty - Required
*Inpatient acute hospital experience required

*AHA - BLS, ACLS certification – Required

*AZ Pharmacist License – Required
*Shift - OVERNIGHT 7 Nights On / 7 Nights Off: 8:00p - 7:00a
*The Pharmacist will work Wed - Tue

*No locals/50 miles radius rule
