Description

24 months of med surg/medical surgical experience in a hospital or medical center setting [REQUIRED]
Strong heparin experience [REQUIRED]
NO 1st time travelers... must have 3 months minimum of current travel experience within the previous 12 months [REQUIRED]
Post op/operation surgical experience [highly PREFERRED]
Spine care experience [required]
Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current operating room experience [required]
Nursy's must state Active Iowa/IA license or compact/Multistate at time of submission [required] [document]
Driver's License [document] [required]
AHA/Active American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS; basic life support [required]
OnCall: None
WeekendDescription: every other including holiday rotation
Certifications: BLS (AHA)
StateLicenses: Iowa
Traveler will be required to float across all campuses; Iowa Methodist MC, Iowa Lutheran Iowa Methodist
Local Radius rule: 50 miles, 10% reduction to bill rate
