Job Opportunity: Radiologic Technologist (Travel)
Location: Carmel, Indiana
Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)

Job Description
- Position for a Radiology Technician with 1-2 years of experience.
- Surgery experience required.
- Includes on-call rotation.
Required Experience
- Specialty: Radiology Technician
- Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years (based on highest stated requirement)
- Prior Travel Experience: Not explicitly required.
Certifications & Licenses Required
- BLS (AHA certification)
- Current state license with primary source verification within 30 days prior to assignment start.
- Driver’s License/State ID (must be valid and meet address requirements).
Mandatory Health & Safety Requirements
- MMR vaccination or positive IGG titer (no declinations accepted).
- Fit Test (annual, preferred prior to start).
- Hepatitis B vaccination series or signed declination.
- Influenza vaccine (seasonal; exemptions accepted with mask requirement).
- Positive IGRA or PPD results, negative chest X-ray within one year, and annual TB questionnaire.
- Varicella vaccination or immunity proof (no declinations accepted).
- Tdap vaccination (valid for 10 years, no declinations accepted).
- Health statement or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually.
- 2-Step PPD or IGRA testing within specified timeframes.
- 12 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days prior to start, updated annually.
Additional Requirements
- Completion of Ascension Core Competencies (HIPAA, Joint Commission, OSHA topics) within one year, updated yearly.
- Ascension Skills Checklist (clinical, completed within one year, updated annually).
- Criminal background check including Social Security Trace, OIG Search, National Sex Offender, and other screenings within 30 days prior to assignment.
- EPLS check within 90 days prior to start.
- Verification of education relevant to clinical work within 90 days prior to start.
- Employment verification for the past seven years.
- Professional references (at least two) prior to first assignment.
- Ascension Medical Imaging Contract Worker Onboarding and Education Attestation.
- Ascension Confirmation of Assignment documentation.
- Forward-facing badge photo with white or blue background (no alterations).
Notes
- Medical Imaging Contract Worker Form completed onsite.
- Some documentation can be completed onsite but preferred prior to start.
- Annual updates required for many certifications and health screenings.
- No prior travel experience explicitly required for this position.
