- Contract Length: 17 weeks (option to extend up to 26 weeks)
- Shift Options:
- Day 5×8s: 06:40 AM – 03:10 PM
- Day 5×8s: 09:40 AM – 06:10 PM
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Call Requirement: Yes (once weekly + every 4–5 weekends)
- Weekend Coverage: Every third weekend
- Orientation: 40 hours

Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain the operating room before, during, and after surgical procedures
- Scrub and assist surgeons during complex procedures including GYN, GU, robotics, transplant, and trauma cases
- Maintain sterile field using strict aseptic technique
- Handle surgical instruments, supplies, specimens, and equipment
- Support procedures using Da Vinci Xi robotic systems, laparoscopic and open techniques
- Assist with emergency procedures and ensure patient safety throughout surgery
- Perform equipment checks, documentation, and instrument processing
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of scrub experience in an inpatient OR setting
- Trauma Level II experience required (Trauma Level I preferred)
- BLS (AHA only) required
- CST preferred
- Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program OR 2 years of equivalent experience
- Experience with robotics, urology, gynecology, and transplant cases
- Kidney transplant experience preferred (hard stop for certain units)
- Traveler must live 50+ miles from the facility (locals not accepted)
- License/certifications must be in hand at submission
