Description

Job Summary: Occupational Therapist

Evaluates, selects, performs, and/or directs assistance in educational, vocational, and recreational activities designed to restore maximum function to physically and/or mentally disabled patients upon physician’s referral. Works with family and health team members regarding patient abilities and goals.

Education

Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a college or university accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association
Eligible for licensure or current license from the State of Oregon
Current valid Oregon driver’s license required
Current CPR certification required

Licensure / Certification / Registration

Must meet all requisites for licensure as an Occupational Therapist by the Oregon State Board of Health
Current CPR certification required
