3N MICU RN – 16 Beds<ul><li>Shift: 07:00–19:30 / 19:00–07:30, self-scheduling; weekends every 2–3 weeks, holidays every other</li><li>Experience: 2 yrs ICU + 1 yr travel, Cerner required</li><li>Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS</li><li>Patient Care: High-acuity ICU patients (respiratory, stroke, neuro, cardiac, GI); titrate drips (propofol, vasopressors, etc.); read own telemetry strips</li><li>Support: 1 nurse aide, 24/7 RT, attending pulmonologists with residents</li><li>Orientation: 1-day hospital + 2-day unit</li><li>Rate: Reduced $8/hr for local candidates (&lt;80 miles)</li><li>Other: Professional dress, travel nurses float first, clock in/out required</li></ul>
