Description

13-week contract → permanent with Instrumentum

The Sterile Processing Coordinator oversees daily SPD operations, ensuring safe workflows, regulatory compliance, and high-quality instrument reprocessing. This role supervises technicians, manages shift assignments, monitors decontam/assembly/sterilization processes, and supports training, quality audits, equipment maintenance, and inventory needs. Works closely with leadership and clinical teams to ensure timely instrument availability and a safe, efficient work environment.

Requirements:

  • 3+ yrs sterile processing experience
  • 2+ yrs supervisory/lead experience
  • CRCST required (CIS/CHL preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication & organizational skills
  • Knowledge of AAMI, infection control & OSHA standards

Education: HS diploma required; degree preferred.
