Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and flexible Registered Nurse to join our Medical-Surgical Unit. This role supports fluctuating patient census and requires adaptability, including floating and managing a team of MSU patients as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in the Medical-Surgical Unit
Safely manage patient assignments, including floating based on census needs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain compliance with all clinical standards, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

Active RN license (state-specific requirements apply)
BLS and ACLS required
Ability to float and adapt to changing patient census
Strong clinical, communication, and critical-thinking skills

Additional Details:

No on-call requirement
Consistent schedule with every other weekend rotation
Supportive team environment

Position: Registered Nurse (Medical-Surgical Unit) Schedule: 36 hours per week | Evening/Night Shift Shift Hours: 1845–0715 Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend Call Requirement: None
