Description

7:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Three 12 hour shifts/ Must be flexible with the schedule Every Other weekend or as needed. Holidays required. On-Call Requirement: minimum once weekly 2 years of Acute care experience-Required. Vent management/Ability to do ABGs -required. High Acuity. Must be highly reliable and be available to work all days other than those that were pre-disclosed prior to offer. Must not have alternative jobs that would interfere with HMH schedule being a priority

Education:

Required Education:
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Graduate of an accredited program in Respiratory Therapy.

Required Certifications & Licensure:
-BLS - AHA.
-ACLS.
-PALS.
-Current and valid New Jersey Respiratory Care license.
-Current and valid NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.

Cons

Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
