Job Title (including department IE ICU, MS, etc) : Registered Nurse/ Tele Location/Facility Name : Ocean University Medical Center Shift one day Hours Per Week : 36 Weekend Requirement : every other weekend Holiday Requirement : at least one winter / one summer depending on length / timing of contract On-Call Requirement : none Float Requirement : floating to a like unit required (ie inpt tele, no specialty units) Required Years of Experience : 2 Preferred Years of Experience : 5 Required Hard Skills : knowledge of cardiac medications, non titratable drugs, EPIC systems, ALARIS drug pumps Required Soft Skills : good time management, able to handle high volume of discharges/ admissions Required Licenses & Certifications : BLS, ACLS, Telemetry, NIH Scrub Color : navy blue

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.

Cons

Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
