Registered Nurse – Telemetry Schedule: Days | 36 hrs/week Weekends: Every other Holidays: At least one winter and one summer (based on contract length) On-Call: None Experience: • 2+ years required | 5 years preferred Requirements: • BLS, ACLS, Telemetry, NIH • EPIC EMR experience • Alaris IV pumps • Knowledge of cardiac meds & non-titrating drips Unit Details: • Floating required to like units (inpatient tele only) • No specialty unit floating • Scrubs: Navy blue Role Summary: Provides patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care including assessment, care planning, interventions, documentation, and coordination of care. Manages high-volume admissions and discharges while collaborating closely with physicians and care teams.
