We are seeking a California-licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Pediatric Outpatient setting in Elk Grove, CA. This role supports pediatric patients requiring evaluation, treatment, and therapeutic interventions related to speech, language, and swallowing disorders. The ideal candidate will have pediatric clinical experience and be comfortable working independently within a multidisciplinary rehab team.
 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing evaluations for pediatric patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings.
• Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and care plans in accordance with facility standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational/physical therapists, care coordinators, and family members to support integrated care.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and communication strategies.
• Adhere to departmental, state, and federal guidelines related to therapy services.
  
   

Required Qualifications:

• Active California SLP License (CCC-SLP preferred)
• BLS Certification
• Experience in pediatric outpatient therapy strongly preferred.
• Ability to work a full-time, Monday–Friday daytime schedule.

Total Travel Package: $3,852 /week

• Taxable income: $2200
• Housing: $602
• Meals: $1050

Must live 50+ miles away to qualify for travel

Position details:

• Location:  Elk Grove, CA
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Hours: 40 hours/week

 Assignment Length: 27 weeks
