Med Surg RN – Cheshire (NH)
State License: New Hampshire or Compact
EMR: Epic
On Call: None
Patient Population: Adult–Geriatric
Dress Code: Traveler-provided professional scrubs (no logos)
IMPORTANT FACILITY RULES (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
(Block scheduling or any scheduling requests will NOT be considered)
- All scheduling/RTO must be submitted upfront
Requests made after submission or offer will not be approved and may result in a rescinded offer - 48-hour guarantee NOT available
- Traveler must have their own vehicle
SHIFT & SCHEDULING
- Every other weekend required
- Holidays required if needed
- No on-call
FLOATING REQUIREMENTS
- Must float to Thompson Unit if needed
- Will float to Kingsbury custodial patients as needed
(higher ratios, lower acuity)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years Med Surg experience
- Epic experience required
CERTIFICATIONS (AHA ONLY)
- BLS – Required
- ACLS – Required
COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS (STRICT)
- ALL medical/occupational health items must be ordered, completed, and resulted within 5 days of offer acceptance
- Proofs must be uploaded to Trio
- Failure to meet timeline may impact start or offer
