Job Details

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – LTC
Facility: Fair Meadow Nursing Home
Facility Type: Long-Term Care / Nursing Home
Full Location: Fair Meadow Nursing Home, Fertile, MN 56540
Job Type: Contract
Start Date: 02/09/2026
Schedule: Variable – Night Shifts
Shift Length: 12-hour shifts
Hours: 48 hours per week

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes
Assist with activities of daily living and resident care plans
Accurately document care and medication administration
Collaborate with RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary care teams
Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and state regulations

Requirements

Active LPN license (Minnesota or compact, as applicable)
Prior LTC or nursing home experience preferred
Ability to work night shifts
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced resident care environment

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.

Cons

Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
