Strong communication skills, including clear oral expression and comprehension; ability to listen effectively and convey information clearly to others Well-developed reasoning skills, including deductive and inductive reasoning, and the ability to write clearly and accurately Proficient with technology, including EMR systems High level of focus and attention, with the ability to concentrate for extended periods and successfully shift between multiple tasks Excellent manual dexterity to safely manage IV tubing, syringes, and other clinical equipment Strong information-ordering skills, including working with numbers, words, patterns, and performing accurate medication calculations Ability to work effectively with diverse patient and staff populations, demonstrating sensitivity to cultural and spiritual influences on patient care Strong time-management skills with the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
