Description
Job Description:
- First Time Travelers Accepted Call Requirement: on call every 3rd or 4th weekend starting Fri at 1730 through Mon at 0700
Skillset Req: Proficient in both peripheral vascular IR and neuro vascular IR
*** Call-Ins: If a traveler call-ins for a contracted shift the traveler is expected to 1 make up the day during the pay period if a 0.9 FTE. OR 2 if a 0.9 FTE and unable to make up during the pay period then the shift will be added at the end of the traveler contract 3 If a 1.2 FTE any call-in shifts will be added to the end of the contract
- Certification Requirements: BLS and ARRT
- Skillset Requirements: Minimum 2 Years Experience Technologist needs to be able to scrub both peripheral and neuro cases Stents Angioplasty Angiograms Nephogram Peripherals Drainages Upper and Lower Extremity Abd and Pelvic Vascular Studies Venous Access Neurological Studies
- Department Details: 4 IR rooms that include 2 single plan and 2 biplane Siemens c-arms. Two IR techs are assigned to each room one tech circulates and the other scrubs.
- Level 1 trauma Level 1 PE Level 1 stroke vascular interventional and neuro interventional to include angiograms embolizations nephrostomy IVC filter placement PE thrombectomy intracranial thrombectomy stent placements central line insertions etc
