Description
Compensation
- Pay Range: $29.33 – $48.39/hour
- Base rate determined by years of experience and internal equity
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 1 year of experience performing echocardiograms
Relocation Incentive (2-year commitment required)
- 50–250 miles: $2,500
- 251–500 miles: $5,000
- 501+ miles: $10,000
Education Requirements
Required Education (one of the following):
- Accredited Associate’s Degree in Sonography, Radiology, or a related field
OR - Completion of a 12-month ultrasound program
Certifications & Licensure
One of the following is required:
- RDCS (ARDMS)
- RCS, ACS, or RCCS (CCI)
Commitment / Retention Incentive
Total: $20,000 over 3 years

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.
Cons
Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
