Nurse Manager of Critical Care (Medical ICU)
Requirement:
1)Looking for 2 years of RECENT (within the last year) acute care leadership experience in the Critical Care (Preferably 2+ years of ICU leadership experience)
* Will not accept just charge nurse experience but would need to have higher leadership experience.
2)CCRN and/or CNRN preferred.

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.
Cons
Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
