Providers must be comfortable in a busy hospital environment under a 1:3 MD supervision model.</p><h2> </h2><h2><strong>Clinical Scope</strong></h2><ul><li>Adult anesthesia for: General, Ortho, Urology, GYN, GI, ENT, Neuro, Thoracic, Head &amp; Neck</li><li>OB experience <strong>preferred</strong> but not required</li><li>No cardiac cases or expected pediatrics</li><li>Pre‑op assessments and post‑op evaluations</li><li>Documentation in <strong>EPIC</strong></li></ul><h2><strong>Requirements</strong></h2><ul><li><strong>Minimum 1 year</strong> of recent anesthesia experience</li><li><strong>Board Certified CRNA</strong></li><li><strong>Active California license</strong></li><li><strong>BLS &amp; ACLS required</strong>; <strong>PALS preferred</strong></li></ul><h2><strong>Compensation &amp; Incentives</strong></h2><ul><li><strong>$2,500 weekly bonus</strong> for working <strong>3+ shifts per week</strong></li><li><strong>$5,000 monthly travel stipend</strong></li><li>Competitive hourly rates</li></ul>
