Description
Unit Information:
o 7 ORs dedicated to Adult and Peds Cardiac, Thoracic and Vascular
o Department will support Cath Lab and EP Lab
o Minimum Experience Required:
· Surg Tech: at least 2 years of Adult CVOR experience
o Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes
· Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:
o Cardiac/Vascular/Thoracic Surgery
· Required License, National Certification, Certs (BLS, ACLS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance:
o Surg Tech: BLS and Certification preferred but not required
· Skills required:
· RN: Strong CVOR experience is required with ability to work independently with minimal guidance all Cardiac (Adult required and Pediatric preferred), Vascular, Thoracic (Robotic experience preferred). Hybrid OR experience preferred. Epic experience is preferred
o Surg Tech: experience with adult CVOR case types

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.

Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
