Pros
Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, Iāve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. Iāve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.
Cons
Maybe the only thing which truly isnāt a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
