Will position float between units: No
Is on-call required? No
Are weekends required? Yes sometimes to help cover a shift.
Are block schedules required? Yes
What are expected ratios? 1:1
Special requirements: We ask everyone to help out a little on the weekends, to help when someone is off. We do not take call or work graveyard. 7-1730 and 930a-8p; EPIC EXP HARDSTOP REQ. ARRT MR required.
Are 48 hours approved: No

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.

Cons

Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
