Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years; 3+ years of Tele if not SCREEN. Skills: Telemetry, Post op cath care, Cardiac drips with titration, Management of dysrhythmias, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Traveler Experience: 1st time traveler accepted if they have Cerner experience - screen 1st time traveler w/ no Cerner
Target Ratios: 1:4-5
DIAGNOSES: Stroke, CHF, A-fib, arrhythmias, cardiac caths/stents and med-surg
SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: Vascular access support team available; Charge nurse
SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: Sigma Spectrum IV pumps; Ceiling hoyer lift, portable hoyer lift, portable cardiac monitoring, defib x2 when transporting, EKG machine,

5/16/25 - 
"I love Lewiston...location-wise. Work can be challenging but I'm ok with that. The local nurses are great. Computer connectivity - I have no issues. Vascular team support excellent. 

3/25/25 - People have been very nice and helpful. They work as a team which is really nice. Cardiac Tele unit with drips. 1:4 ratio, 1:5 max. Only met the Manager once at Orientation, but she was nice. Charge Nurses at night are friendly and helpful. Floated twice to general medsurg. Schedule has been flexible to work around what she needs.
